Fat: 75.34g | Prot: 55.47g | Carb: 214.85g.   Breakfast:  Whole Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Brownberry Grains & More Double Fiber 100% Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Boiled Egg, Avocado, Red Tomatoes, My Favorite Muffin Banana Nut Muffin, Coffee with Cream. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Apples, Tap Water. Dinner:  Zinfandel Wine, Whole Wheat Bread, Water, Cooked Green Cabbage, Avocados, Tomatoes, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Swiss Cheese, Salsa. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Coated Granola Bar, Peanut Butter, Honey.
