Fat: 89.39g | Prot: 62.89g | Carb: 257.40g.   Breakfast:  Walnuts, Richfood Old Fashioned Oats, Honey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Whole Milk. Lunch:  Applebee's Grilled Shrimp, Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese Pizza, Fresh & Easy Lemon Pound Cake Slices, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Tap Water. Dinner:  Sweet Dessert Wine, Cheese Pizza with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Sweet Chocolate Candies.
