Lunch:  Baked Mediterranean Chicken, Entenmann's Muffin Tops, Fresh Express Romaine Salad. Dinner:  Chicken Nuggets, Tiramisu. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake.
