Fat: 91.97g | Prot: 145.92g | Carb: 162.20g.   Breakfast:  Cherryland's Best Dried Cherry Berry Mix, HEB Energy Crunch Trail Mix, Jack Link's Premium Cuts Original Beef Jerky (25g). Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Birds Eye Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables, Chicken or Turkey Salad, Grocer's Garden Lite Italian Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lindsay Green Olives, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned). Dinner:  Birds Eye Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables, Genuine Steak House Brand Beef Ribeye Steak, Granny Smith Apples. Snacks/Other:  Dove Dark Chocolate Miniatures, Emerald Cinnamon Roast Almonds, Honey, Jack Link's Premium Cuts Original Beef Jerky (25g).
