Fat: 117.46g | Prot: 98.13g | Carb: 228.06g.   Breakfast:  100% Orange Juice, Black Label Center Cut Bacon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Raisin Bran, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Sausage & Cheese Croissan'wich, Slenderize - Strawberry Melon (Bottle). Dinner:  Beef Brisket (Lean Only Eaten), Bite Size Cookies, Cheese with Chili Pepper Dip (Chili Con Queso), Chocolate Covered Marshmallow, Meatless Enchilada with Cheese, Mexican Style Stewed Beans with Pork, Tomatoes and Chili Peppers (Frijoles A La Charra), Potato Salad with Egg, Smoked Honey Ham (Cooked), Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Shortbread Cookie.
