Lunch:  Barefoot Chardonnay, Sbarro Fresh Tomato Pizza, Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt - Raspberry. Dinner:  Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice). Snacks/Other:  Kellogg's Special K Oats & Honey Cereal, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk, Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Peanut Butter, Biscoff Spread.
