Fat: 77.62g | Prot: 65.41g | Carb: 115.31g.   Breakfast:  Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, Golden Griddle Sugar Free Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Blackberries, Snak Club Raw Almonds. Dinner:  Egg, Hidden Valley Light Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Snak Club Raw Almonds.
