Dinner:  Tomatoes, Asparagus, Buckwheat Groats, Onions, Wegmans Vegetable Culinary Stock, Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Butter, Olive Oil, Polsoja Tofu Marinated in Soy Sauce, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Cheesecake, Carrots, Plain Bread Sticks, Walnuts, Strawberries, Bananas, Whole Milk, BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake.
