Lunch:  Emeril's All Natural Organic Vegetable Stock, Kane Masa Mild Shiro Miso Soy Bean Paste, Polsoja Tofu Marinated in Soy Sauce, Rice Noodles (Cooked). Dinner:  Asparagus, Buckwheat Groats, Butter, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Onions, Polsoja Tofu Marinated in Soy Sauce, Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Wegmans Vegetable Culinary Stock. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake, Carrots, Cheesecake, Plain Bread Sticks, Strawberries, Walnuts, Whole Milk.
