Fat: 64.57g | Prot: 98.48g | Carb: 149.92g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baby Carrots, Deli Mustard, Egg, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Sweet Pickle Relish. Dinner:  Barley, Greek salad, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Protein Energy Bar - Peanut Butter Creme.
