Lunch:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Grape Tomatoes, Maple Leaf Prime oven roasted chicken breast slices, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Renee's Gourmet Caesar Dressing. Dinner:  Bacon Grease, Fried Pork Chop, Grape Tomatoes, Mushrooms, President's Choice Artichoke & Asiago Dip, President's Choice Extra Chunky Medium Salsa, Sour Cream, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Swiss Cheese, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Butter, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets.
