Lunch:  Celery, Celery, Golden Corral Rotisserie Chicken (Breast and Wing), Summer Fresh Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Dinner:  Bacon Grease, Cream Cheese, Egg, Egg White, Mushrooms, Sour Cream, Swiss Cheese, Zucchini.
