Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Broccoli, Grape Tomatoes, Beef Steak, Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian Salad Dressing, Atkins Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bar, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Creamy Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Grape Tomatoes, Butter, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Frieda's Baby Bok Choy, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Bacon Grease, Sour Cream.
