Fat: 66.01g | Prot: 120.22g | Carb: 183.77g.   Breakfast:  Cantaloupe Melons, Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese, No Name Canned Ham, Rye Bread, Sargento Deli Style Sliced Natural Havarti Cheese, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese, No Name Canned Ham, Red Delicious Apples. Dinner:  No Name Canned Ham, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, Smucker's Strawberry Jam, Toasted Rye Bread. Snacks/Other:  Hunt's Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Snack Pack, Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Oil and Vinegar.
