Lunch:  Aquamar Imitation Crab Meat, Flour Tortilla, Mixed Salad Greens, Mozzarella Cheese, Olive Oil, Tuna in Oil (Canned). Dinner:  Oceanfresh Seafoods Cape Hake Fillets, Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim Milk). Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Romana Black Sambuca, Wine Spritzer.
