Lunch:  Flour Tortilla, Aquamar Imitation Crab Meat, Olive Oil, Mozzarella Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens, Tuna in Oil (Canned). Dinner:  Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Oceanfresh Seafoods Cape Hake Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Wine Spritzer, Romana Black Sambuca.
