Lunch:  Crispy Calamari and Vegetables, Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Cassava Bread Casabe, Coffee, Pork Beef Chicken Sausage (Smoked Skinless). Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), White Spearmint Sugarless Gum.
