Lunch:  Italian Sausage, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh). Dinner:  El Pollo Loco Chicken Tostada Salad (No Dressing). Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Raw Almonds, Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar (Small), Cantaloupe Melons, Everybody's Nuts! California Pistachios.
