Fat: 34.41g | Prot: 48.45g | Carb: 260.53g.   Breakfast:  Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Cottage Cheese, Almonds, Cookie, Honey. Lunch:  Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Beef and Rice, Cherry Tomatoes, Smucker's Strawberry Jam, Glenny's Organic Muesli Bars. Dinner:  Honey, White Flour, Grape Juice.
