Fat: 63.27g | Prot: 112.39g | Carb: 173.96g.   Breakfast:  Oats Cereal (Instant, Prepared with Water, Fortified), Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original. Lunch:  Chili's Steamed Broccoli, Cooked Egg White, Golden Corral Steamed Cauliflower, Grilled Chicken, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Ground Meat, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Coffee, Naked Juice Protein Juice Smoothie - Protein Zone, Vita Coco 100% Pure Coconut Water.
