Fat: 13.77g | Prot: 23.46g | Carb: 56.95g.   Breakfast:  Oh Yeah! Protein Shake. Lunch:  Frito-Lay Munchies Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers, Monster Beverage Rehab Green Tea + Energy. Dinner:  Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Soup. Snacks/Other:  Pringles Multi Grain Truly Original Potato Crisps.
