Fat: 23.35g | Prot: 36.45g | Carb: 72.24g.   Breakfast:  Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only), Polly-O 2% String Cheese, Quaker Chewy 90 Calorie Lowfat Granola Bars - Apple. Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Chicken Breast, Clementines, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. Dinner:  Clementines, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Red Delicious Apples.
