Fat: 39.29g | Prot: 66.71g | Carb: 220.57g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Quinoa (Cooked), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Sugar, Trader Joe's Sliced Havarti Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Subway 6" Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Apples, Martini, No Name Potato and Cheddar Perogies.
