Lunch:  Cooked Vegetable Combinations with Pasta (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy), Wegmans Cooked Shrimp, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Fried Egg without Fat, Beef T-Bone Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other:  Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Sweet Red Peppers, YoCrunch Fruit Parfait - Strawberry, Breyers Smooth & Dreamy No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream, Red Table Wine.
