Fat: 46.88g | Prot: 77.17g | Carb: 131.56g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fried Egg, Canadian Bacon, 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread, Jelly (All Flavors). Lunch:  Alfredo Sauce, Diet Raspberry Iced Tea, Cooked Shrimp, Cooked Vegetable Combinations with Pasta (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy). Dinner:  Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown, Pork Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Fried Apple. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Parfait - Strawberry, Smooth & Dreamy No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream, Special K Popcorn Chips.
