Fat: 46.88g | Prot: 77.17g | Carb: 131.56g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread, Canadian Bacon, Coffee, Fried Egg, Jelly (All Flavors). Lunch:  Alfredo Sauce, Cooked Shrimp, Cooked Vegetable Combinations with Pasta (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy), Diet Raspberry Iced Tea. Dinner:  Fried Apple, Pork Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Parfait - Strawberry, Smooth & Dreamy No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream, Special K Popcorn Chips.
