Fat: 76.00g | Prot: 76.51g | Carb: 141.81g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Bacon, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee. Lunch:  Turkey, Whole Wheat Bread, Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomatoes, Miracle Whip Light Dressing. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Caesar Side Salad with Caesar Dressing, Plain Sweet Potato, Butter (for Sweet Potato), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Cinnamon Sugar (for Sweet Potato). Snacks/Other:  Light Fat Free Yogurt - Key Lime Pie.
