Fat: 47.24g | Prot: 77.92g | Carb: 217.33g.   Breakfast:  Maple Cashew Granola, Multigrain Cheerios, Soy Milk (Unsweetened). Lunch:  sesame chicken cafe steamers. Dinner:  Meat, Poultry or Fish, Vegetables Sandwich Wrap. Snacks/Other:  cracker barrel, graham crackers, mini wheat thins, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Peach Apricot Preserves.
