Fat: 39.39g | Prot: 101.14g | Carb: 209.32g.   Breakfast:  Special K, unsweetened soymilk, banana. Lunch:  balsamic chicken. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat), Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Cabbage, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Soy Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Apricot-Raspberry Preserves, cracker barrel, stoned wheat thin, Nature's Promise Organic Cranberry Walnut Mix, Oranges.
