Fat: 39.39g | Prot: 101.14g | Carb: 209.32g.   Breakfast:  banana, Special K, unsweetened soymilk. Lunch:  balsamic chicken. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Cabbage, Soy Sauce, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other:  Apricot-Raspberry Preserves, cracker barrel, Nature's Promise Organic Cranberry Walnut Mix, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Oranges, stoned wheat thin.
