Lunch:  Trader Joe's Cilantro Salad Dressing, Organic Girl Super Greens, Calavo Avocado, Zucchini, Natural Sea Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillet. Dinner:  Open Nature Smoked Uncured Sausage, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar.
