Lunch:  Calavo Avocado, Natural Sea Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillet, Organic Girl Super Greens, Trader Joe's Cilantro Salad Dressing, Zucchini. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Open Nature Smoked Uncured Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar, Trader Joe's Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.
