Fat: 50.56g | Prot: 77.88g | Carb: 249.45g.   Breakfast:  Tea with Milk and Sugar, Papaya, Rusk Toast, Assam Black Tea, Natural Flavor Malted Milk (with Skim Milk), Egg Omelet, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Jyoti Dal Makhani, Cooked Green Beans and Potatoes (Fat Added in Cooking), Indian Flatbread Naan, Cucumber (Peeled), Plain Yogurt (Skim Milk). Dinner:  White Rice, Plain Yogurt, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Swad Dal Tadka, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Whole Wheat Biscuit, Au Bon Pain Fresh Watermelon, Whole Wheat Biscuit, English Walnuts, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Honey.
