Fat: 50.56g | Prot: 77.88g | Carb: 249.45g.   Breakfast:  Assam Black Tea, Egg Omelet, Natural Flavor Malted Milk (with Skim Milk), Papaya, Rusk Toast, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Cooked Green Beans and Potatoes (Fat Added in Cooking), Cucumber (Peeled), Indian Flatbread Naan, Jyoti Dal Makhani, Plain Yogurt (Skim Milk). Dinner:  Plain Yogurt, Red Tomatoes, Swad Dal Tadka, White Rice, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Au Bon Pain Fresh Watermelon, English Walnuts, Honey, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Whole Wheat Biscuit, Whole Wheat Biscuit.
