Fat: 71.24g | Prot: 57.22g | Carb: 177.91g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Muffins, Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  Gyro Sandwich (Pita Bread, Beef, Lamb, Onion, Condiments with Tomato and Spread), Oranges. Dinner:  Croutons, Mixed Salad Greens, Quiche with Meat, Poultry or Fish, T. Marzetti Classic Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Stonyfield Farm Organic Lowfat French Vanilla Yogurt.
