Fat: 104.50g | Prot: 102.39g | Carb: 98.04g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Pork Chop, Scrambled Egg, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk. Lunch:  Calavo Avocado, Cooked Green String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Kirkland Signature Wild Pacific Mahi Mahi, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  Bistro MD Jerk Chicken, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi) (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts (with Salt Added).
