Fat: 67.34g | Prot: 123.72g | Carb: 37.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Scrambled Egg, Perdue Ground Turkey Patty. Lunch:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only). Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Jason's Deli Cucumber Slices, Meijer Diced Green Bell Peppers, Calavo Avocado. Snacks/Other:  Sunkist Apple Grape Mix, Lindt Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffles with a Smooth Filling, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Cape Cod Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips.
