Fat: 67.34g | Prot: 123.72g | Carb: 37.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Perdue Ground Turkey Patty, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Calavo Avocado, Jason's Deli Cucumber Slices, Meijer Diced Green Bell Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Cape Cod Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Lindt Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffles with a Smooth Filling, Sunkist Apple Grape Mix.
