Lunch:  Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Trader Joe's Canadian Bacon, Frigo Natural String Cheese Part Skim, Cherry Tomatoes, Apples, Rosemont Farms Sugar Snap Peas, Blimpie Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Cookie. Dinner:  Weight Watchers 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas, Calavo Avocado, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Kraft Natural Midget Longhorn Style Colby Chunk Cheese, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes.
