Fat: 76.11g | Prot: 141.88g | Carb: 173.70g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Blueberries, Egg White, Multi Grain Cheerios, olive oil, onion. Lunch:  lean quisine chicken, Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad Kit. Dinner:  2% String Cheese, chicken noodle soup, Extra Lean Ham. Snacks/Other:  cashew clusters, Chewy Chocolate Chip High Protein Bar, Sweet Cherries.
