Fat: 76.11g | Prot: 141.88g | Carb: 173.70g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, onion, olive oil, Blueberries, Multi Grain Cheerios, Almond Milk. Lunch:  Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad Kit, lean quisine chicken. Dinner:  2% String Cheese, Extra Lean Ham, chicken noodle soup. Snacks/Other:  Sweet Cherries, cashew clusters, Chewy Chocolate Chip High Protein Bar.
