Started wit hJenny Craig a week ago on Sunday 12/10/12. Don't have insulin right now either which may add to the weight loss. 8 lbs lost last week

Fat: 35.92g | Prot: 72.78g | Carb: 183.56g.   Breakfast:  Jenny Craig breakfast scramble. Lunch:  Jenny Craig baked potato with Broccoli, Tuna, apple. Dinner:  Jenny Craig Thai style chicken, apple, Babybel, bABYBEL. Snacks/Other:  MULTIGRAIN CRACKERS, Chardonnay.
