Fat: 44.54g | Prot: 75.07g | Carb: 232.68g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Regular Coffee, Sugar, Milk (Nonfat), Lowfat Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt, Light Syrup, Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Waffles. Lunch:  Beef and Pork Meatballs, spaghetti, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese. Dinner:  pesto pasta primavera, orange juice. Snacks/Other:  chobani cherry, Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips.
