Fat: 93.76g | Prot: 88.94g | Carb: 55.00g.   Breakfast:  Silk Unsweetened Soymilk, Chocolite Banana Protein Shake, Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream, Torani Sugar Free English Toffee Syrup, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet). Lunch:  Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Tuna in Water (Canned), Kroger Sugar Free Sweet Relish, Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Koegel's Beef Frankfurters, Snyder's of Hanover Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Hudsonville Blueberry Cobbler Ice Cream, Wrigley Orbit Sugar Free Chewing Gum - Sweet Mint.
