Lunch:  Diet Rite Pure Zero Cola, Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, kraft real mayo, Meijer Chunk Light Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Pork Steak or Cutlet. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Strawberry Almond Bar, Atkins Day Break Cranberry Almond Bar, Weight Watchers English Toffee Squares, Wrigley Orbit Sugar Free Chewing Gum - Sweet Mint.
