Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Whole Milk, Fruit Flavored Sports Drink (Low Calorie), Tea Unsweetened, Cranberry Juice (Unsweetened), Coffee with Milk. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Green Snap Beans, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Fresh'n Easy Garden Salad, Yellow Tail Shiraz, White Table Wine, Vegetable Beef Soup (Home Recipe), Blue or Roquefort Cheese, Gruyere Cheese, Lime Souffle, Coffee with Milk, Cognac, Tap Water. Snacks/Other:  Coffee Cake, Shortbread Cookies, Pear, Shortbread Cookies, Candy.
