Lunch:  Coffee with Milk, Cranberry Juice (Unsweetened), Fruit Flavored Sports Drink (Low Calorie), Multigrain Bread, Tea Unsweetened, Whole Milk. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Blue or Roquefort Cheese, Coffee with Milk, Cognac, Fresh'n Easy Garden Salad, Green Snap Beans, Gruyere Cheese, Lime Souffle, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Tap Water, Vegetable Beef Soup (Home Recipe), White Table Wine, Yellow Tail Shiraz. Snacks/Other:  Candy, Coffee Cake, Pear, Shortbread Cookies, Shortbread Cookies.
