Fat: 52.44g | Prot: 80.58g | Carb: 196.89g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Cheerios, Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer, Sweet'N Low Sweet'n Low, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs. Dinner:  Luby's Fried Fish, Luby's Fresh Green Beans, Stop & Shop New Red Potatoes, Lipton Sweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other:  Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, Sun-Maid California Golden Raisins (Box).
