Fat: 52.44g | Prot: 80.58g | Carb: 196.89g.   Breakfast:  Cheerios, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer, Milk (Nonfat), Sweet'N Low Sweet'n Low. Lunch:  Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs. Dinner:  Lipton Sweetened Iced Tea, Luby's Fresh Green Beans, Luby's Fried Fish, Stop & Shop New Red Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, Sun-Maid California Golden Raisins (Box).
