Fat: 63.89g | Prot: 63.19g | Carb: 199.91g.   Breakfast:  Bear Naked 100% Pure & Natural Granola - Banana Nut, Cheerios, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer, Milk (Nonfat), Sugar, Sweet'N Low Sweet'n Low. Lunch:  Lasagna with Meat. Dinner:  Lay's Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips, Milk (Nonfat), Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Great Value All Natural Banana Chips, Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate.
