Fat: 58.50g | Prot: 120.17g | Carb: 174.35g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Flaxseed Seeds, Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 50, Oatmeal, Spectrum Chia Seeds. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Added in Cooking, Tea with Milk, White Rice. Dinner:  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Stewed Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Cheese, Deli Sliced Ham, Hummus, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pita Bread, Tea with Milk.
