Fat: 58.50g | Prot: 120.17g | Carb: 174.35g.   Breakfast:  Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 50, Oatmeal, Almond Milk, Spectrum Chia Seeds, Flaxseed Seeds. Lunch:  White Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Added in Cooking, Tea with Milk. Dinner:  Stewed Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots). Snacks/Other:  Tea with Milk, Pita Bread, Hummus, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Deli Sliced Ham, Cheese.
