Fat: 104.57g | Prot: 137.06g | Carb: 143.47g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Beets (from Fresh), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Fried Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Brownie. Lunch:  Octoberfest Beer, Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Edisto Shrimp & Grits, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Snacks/Other:  Buffalo Jerky.
