Fat: 61.25g | Prot: 94.31g | Carb: 207.12g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Fried Egg, Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Mini Tater Tots, my potato salad, Regular Coffee, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread, spegty. Dinner:  Broccoli, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten).
