Fat: 63.64g | Prot: 92.75g | Carb: 202.21g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Regular Coffee, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, 1% Fat Milk, Post Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Wheat 'n Bran Cereal. Lunch:  Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread, First Street Natural Swiss Sliced Cheese. Dinner:  my potato salad, Chicken Thigh, Green String Beans.
