Fat: 42.07g | Prot: 104.37g | Carb: 207.53g.   Breakfast:  Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Bananas, 1% Fat Milk, Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Wheat 'n Bran Cereal, Regular Coffee. Lunch:  Beef, Old Fashioned Cole Slaw. Dinner:  Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Boiled), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), John Soules Foods Angus Beef Steak. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Salad (without Citrus Fruits).
