Fat: 63.43g | Prot: 92.00g | Carb: 319.03g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Kellogg's Two Scoops Raisin Bran Crunch Cereal, Regular Coffee. Lunch:  Kellogg's Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich, V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz). Dinner:  Wendy's Plain Baked Potato, Wendy's Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn.
