Fat: 47.44g | Prot: 93.65g | Carb: 294.50g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Bananas, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Fat Free Turkey Breast, Post Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Wheat 'n Bran Cereal, Regular Coffee. Lunch:  Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), Pasta or Macaroni Salad with Oil and Vinegar-Type Dressing. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Mock Tender Steak, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Green String Beans, Spinach Salad. Snacks/Other:  Banana Bread, Pineapple.
