Fat: 47.49g | Prot: 92.19g | Carb: 156.89g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, 95% Fat Free White Oven Roasted Turkey Cold Cuts, Bananas, Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Regular Coffee, Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Wheat 'n Bran Cereal, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  cheese nibblers sour cream and onion, Pure Leaf Iced Tea (Lipton). Dinner:  Coleslaw, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless).
