Fat: 61.97g | Prot: 106.12g | Carb: 251.73g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Regular Coffee, 1% Fat Milk, Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Wheat 'n Bran Cereal, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, 95% Fat Free White Oven Roasted Turkey Cold Cuts. Lunch:  Beefsteak Bread Light 40 Calories Soft Rye Bread, Trader Joe's Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, Great Value Honey Ham, Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Wegmans BBQ Pulled Pork, Fritos Original Corn Chips, Meijer Light Hot Dog Bun.
