Dinner:  Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice), Sam's Club French Bread, Trader Joe's Eggplant Caponata, Vinaigrette Dressing, Zatarain's New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice with Sausage.
